Uhane a Whitby 42 has been home for it's owners for the last 16 years and is ready to take new owners on there chosen adventure. Uhane has the ability to stay on the hook for extended periods or you visit your favorite marina. She a ketch rig that has with many custom upgrades that make this Whitby 42 a pleasure to sail. One of the weak links on any Whitby 42 is a undersized rudder. The owners have addressed this issue by enlarging the boats rudder following the original designer( Ted Brewer) guidelines and keeping the upgrade inline with design specs of the rest of the steering gear. Uhane has two staterooms, two heads with walk thru and entrance ways from the cockpit. She is easy to see in downtown St. Petersburg, FL.

Standard features: 42' Whitby walkthrough Entering the Uhane's well protected cockpit you have the option to enter the vessel thru two companionways. One goes to the salon and the other goes to the master stateroom. The forward cabin has access to a large chain locker, storage to both starboard and port, large v-berth with guest head, privacy door. The salon has a L - shaped settee to port, to starboard is small fold down table, lockers and storage, Just aft is a chart station. Back to port is a upgraded u-shaped galley. Hatches and SS ports provided ventilation. Starboard there is a walk thru to a full width master with ensuite head. Good storage through out. 42' Whitby Accomodations Uhane offers a large master stateroom with ensuite head aft and a guest stateroom forward with ensuite head and large v-berth. both heads have Corian counter tops. 42' Whitby Salon Uhane salon is spacious and has chart table to starboard, u-shaped galley aft to port, L-shaped settee to port, Starboard storage drawers and cabinets. Galley - The countertops in the galley was replaced with Corian. During that process we replaced the galley sinks with two stainless steel 12 x 13 x 7 1/2 sinks. Freezer/Refrigerator systems - Both the Refrigerator and Freezer was rebuilt. Giving you separate refrigerator and freezer boxes. Each with it own cooling system. The freezer is cooled by a Techanautics Cool Blue 12 volt holding plate system and the Frigerator has an Adler Barbour 12 evaporator plate system. Heads - Corian counter tops were also installed in both heads Cockpit Dodger - New dodger in October 2016
